Returns & Eligibility
If you would like to request a return or refund, you must first contact our support team at company.jdisplay@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. All return requests must be approved before any items are sent back.
To help avoid unnecessary returns, we recommend reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, our team is always happy to assist.
Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival to ensure they meet our return conditions. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Items that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at company.jdisplay@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
